By accessing our website, submitting a contact form, or using our services on behalf of yourself or a business you represent, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.
What we provide
Aivora Systems LLC provides software and communication automation tools for businesses. Services may include, depending on configuration, an AI receptionist to help answer calls and collect information, appointment intake, SMS notifications for appointment-related purposes where consent and law allow, and callback request handling. Features vary by customer configuration and are subject to technical and operational limits.
Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you contact us or use our services. You are responsible for information you or your organization submit through our tools.
SMS consent
Where you provide a mobile number and opt in (including by checking a consent box on our site), you consent to receive SMS messages from Aivora Systems LLC for appointment requests, booking updates, callback requests, and customer support as described at the point of collection. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. Consent to marketing communications, where separately required, is not a condition of purchase for services where applicable law so provides.
No emergency or life-safety use
Our services and AI-assisted tools are not intended for emergencies. Do not use them in place of 911, emergency services, or any situation requiring immediate human safety response. If you have a life-threatening emergency, contact local emergency services.
AI and automation
Automated and AI-assisted responses may be incomplete or incorrect. Businesses remain responsible for their own decisions, scheduling, and compliance with laws applicable to their industry.
Intellectual property
The site and software, including branding, text, and layout, are owned by Aivora Systems LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or exploit them except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
Disclaimer
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aivora Systems LLC and its owners, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, missed appointments, or business interruption, arising from or related to these Terms or the use of our services—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where prohibited by law.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aivora Systems LLC from claims arising out of your use of the services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
